As many of you know who follow my blog regularly, I'm obsessed with Keratin hair treatments, so I was super thrilled to try the nuNAAT NAAT Brazillian Keratin Hair Collection!

The nuNAAT NAAT Brazilian Keratin collection is suitable for all hair types! Yay, finally a product everyone can use! It works to strengthen and repair hair cuticles, as well as seal them too! It regenerates stronger hair fibers, helps reduce volume and frizz (which is a dream for someone with super dry, over processed hair like mine!) It also works to make hair extra healthy, resilient, and shiny- AND all without using nasty Formaldeyhyde and Chloride!

I was lucky enough to get to try all of these wonderful products from the nuNAAT NAAT Brazillian Keratin line! I loved each one of them but my favorite was the Ultra Serum Shine, which I really noticed the biggest difference, since my dry, dull hair really lacks some luster! The Ultra Serum Shine did exactly what it said it would, and really gave my hair some major shine, tamed the frizz, and made my hair looks so much healthier and shinier!

My second favorite was the Intensive Hair Mask, which really helped bring some life to my hair, and made my dry, split ends seem so much smoother and healthier!

The Leave In Reconstructor is also amazing for giving your hair a little more moisture and shine! I loved that I could leave it in my hair and didn't have to rinse it out, AND that using my flat iron or curling iron after, actually helped seal my cuticles when using with this awesome formula!

The Shampoo and conditioner really gave my hair a good clean without feeling like it was stripping my hair of natural oils (which my hair can use all they can get!) I loved the natural light scent of both the shampoo and conditioner as well.  I also found the conditioner to be a bit detangling which is always a plus for me too, because my thick hair is constantly getting tangled and sometimes washing it can be real headache- literally!

Overall I really enjoyed using this line and would DEFINENTLY use it again and recommend it to everyone I know, especially since it works for all hair types! To give you an idea of the little miracle the nuNAAT NAAT Brazillian Keratin line did for my hair, check out my before and after pics:

Yep this is the normal state of my hair if I don't use great moisturizing, super healthy products- my hair is super dry, frizzy, unruly, lackluster, and dull.

Much better huh?! I love how much more shiny and healthy my hair looks! It feels that way too! I can run my fingers through my hair and no tangles, and believe me, that is not normal for me! Vivant Skincare Lip Plumper Review

I'm a huge fan of lip plumpers to get the desired shape and thick, cushy, pouty lips who doesn't want?! I've only tried them in the lip gloss form, so I was super excited to try Vivant Skincare's MaxiLip Lip Plumper in the chap stick form instead! 

If you haven't used a lip plumper before, they tingle a little at first which is kind of weird to get used to at first, but they totally work! They will fatten up those thin lips within minutes and it will usually stay for an hour or so.

I like the Vivant Skincare Lip Plumper because you can use it 4-5 times a day! It tingled at first but my lips seemed to get used to it pretty quick and now after continued use every day for the last few weeks, I barely notice it. It also has no weird taste, but be careful to only apply it to your lips, it will fatten up the skin around your lips too! I also love that because it's in chap stick form, I can use whatever lipstick or lip gloss that I want over it!

I love how easy it is to use and that I can use it throughout the day to plump up my lips whenever I feel the urge! I also loved, like I said, that it is in chap stick form so I can put whatever lipstick color over it to achieve the desired look I'm going for!

Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion Review

One problem I run into often having dry skin, is that products used to treat fine lines and/or sun spots and acne scars, tend to dry out my skin even more. I've tried dozens, and often find this to be a problem for my skin.

As most of you know Glycolic Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) is one of the most effective anti-wrinkle treatments on the market. It can be used without a PRX and comes highly recommended by many dermatologists. AHA is also a natural product and can be found in foods such as nuts and citrus fruits.
AHA's are effective because it causes the skin to keep producing new cells when you use it, so the skin is in a constant state of cell renewal and turnover. The more you use it, the better your skin will feel and look! The Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion uses 10% Glycolic AHA (8% or more has been proven effective) but they combine it with rich moisturizers as well as Vitamin E to keep skin from drying out.

Alpha Hydrox Enhanced lotion was created to treat fine lines, discoloration, as well restore healthy, more radiant skin! This enhanced lotion works to lift dead cells, as well as renew moisture to the skin, refine texture, and improve elasticity.

I loved using this product. I found it very moisturizing for my dry skin. My skin felt smoother and softer after using this product for a few weeks. My skin did not react in a negative way at all. No stinging or redness. I used it both day and night to get the maximum results! It is natural to feel a little tingling when you first start using products containing AHA, but I actually didn't even feel that! I loved that it also works as an exfoliant but you don't feel it at all. AHA's  are a much gentler exfoliant and can be used once or twice a day, and it won't irritate the skin like using a scrub that often would! The lotion is smooth like any other moisturizer, but the AHA works as an ongoing exfoliant on your skin, helping to soften and smooth out your skin with continued use.

While I don't have too many fine lines, I do have some skin discoloration. I have a few sun spots and some acne scars and I feel like the Alpha Hydrox Enhanced Lotion did help lighten my brown spots and acne scars over the last few weeks! I'm actually very excited to continue using this product to keep renewing those skin cells! I loved using this product so much I'm dying to try the rest of the Alpha Hydrox line. And guess what? Vivant Skincare REVIEW

I recently got to try the Vivant Skincare line out and was so thrilled as I've heard so many good things about this brand! Vivant Skincare has been in the Biz for over 40 years and offers a great selection of wonderful skin care products for every skincare need!

I was thrilled to get my products in the mail, and a new skincare regimen that was super easy to follow. I started out with the Mandelic Acid 3-in-1 Wash designed to treat Acne, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines. 

I was nervous to put my Proactiv away while trying out this line, I won't lie. I held onto it for the first few days and then finally put it away as I could see the combination of both products was drying out my skin.

Once I started with the Face wash, every other day to start with, then moved to everyday, and up to twice a day after the first week, I started to really notice a difference. For one, I definently did not need the Proactiv! My skin was clearing up just fine with the use of this face wash. While the acne on my face (mostly my cheeks) has been chilling out a little anyway, where I noticed the biggest difference, was on my body. This wash can be used as a face wash, body wash, scalp acne treatment, and as a shaving cream! 

While I usually have a few zits on my chest and neck area, I had no zits on my body while using this product! I didn't notice any! Woohoo! I thought it was interesting that this could be used as a shaving cream, great for those prone to in-growns, so I decided to try it out. The wash is like a regular face wash gel, so I was unsure it would work while shaving, but it did a fantastic job! My razor glided across my skin and no nicks, and most importantly, no in-growns! I got a nice, super smooth, close shave while using my Mandelic Acid face wash on my body as a cleanser AND as a shaving cream!

For my day routine, I used the Normalizing Tonic after cleansing, and the Day Treatment Lotion with Spf 15. I loved using the Tonic and loved seeing the extra dirt and oil I would sometimes see after using it. It really seemed to bring balance to my skin. 

The Day Treatment lotion is a nice lotion that isn't too thick for being an SPF. It has Zinc Peptides and Aloe to help reduce inflamed skin from Acne and Rosacea.

For my night routine I used the Derm-A-Renew after cleansing one day, and then the Totaloe Calming and Hydrating gel every other day, after cleansing. I noticed my skin would be a little pink after first starting these products, but it quickly went away after a few uses. 

The Derm-A-Renew is formulated with Vitamin A and gentle peptides to help minimize the appearance of fine lines, as well as smooth skin texture, and help reduce acne.

The Totaloe Calming and Hydrating Gel is an oil-free moisturizer used to calm acne, rosacea, and sunburned skin.

My skin seemed to like these products and my acne didn't! Yay! The acne cleared up completely on my body and cleared up a bit on my face as well. Where I noticed the biggest difference was my sun spots and acne scars lightening up.

 And Here is the after picture. While the lighting isn't the best, you can see that some of the acne scars have lightened up quite a bit, and there are fewer zits too! The zit on the neck is gone too! like I said, no sign of acne anywhere else on my body since I started using the Mandelic 3-in-1 Wash as a body wash. I think my skin looks a little tighter too.

I still have a ways to go but after 3 weeks of use, and only using most of the products every other day for the first week or so, I feel like I'm noticing good improvement of my acne as well as skin texture and tone.

Renpure Brazilian Keratin Shampoo & Conditioner REVIEW

I have been obsessed with Kertain treatments for hair lately. I feel like they are the only hair products that really moisturize my super dry, damaged hair, and I seem to notice the biggest improvement with them over regular shampoos and conditioners.  

I have been using a few different brands infused with Keratin, but recently got to try the Renpure Brand, and it is hands down one of my very favorites! 

For those of you who don't know, Keratin is a natural protein found in hair. When added to hair through hair products, it helps decrease frizz as well as helps repair damaged hair, and you guessed it... It helps moisturize hair as well. The Renpure brand uses a blend of coconut oil and shea butter as well, to help hair absorb moisture, clean the hair, remove impurities, and help strengthen the strands and repair damage.

I got to try the Brazilian Keratain line from Renpure and absolutely fell in love. It feels so soft and rich in my hair. I also really loved the scent. My hair seemed to really soak up the conditioner, and unlike a lot of conditioners, the Renpure conditioner actually helped detangle my hair as well.

When styling my hair, I really noticed the difference. My hair felt smooth and soft, and looked a lot more shiny than normal. (My hair looks very dry, frizzy, and dull normally). I loved running my fingers through my hair it felt so smooth. 

Here are some pictures of how my hair turned out after using the Renpure Brazilian Keratin Shampoo & Conditioner, so you can see how much my hair loved it!

Looks pretty soft and shiny, doesn't it? Trust me, this is a huge improvement from the normal look of my hair!

I used the Brazilian Keratin treatments, but Renpure has lots of different hair products to choose from, including an Argan Oil Line (I would love to try this as I'm a HUGE fan of Argan oil) a cleansing line designed to strengthen and repair hair while giving it a deep cleanse, the Austrailian Line, to help your hair hold its style while giving it great shine, and the regular shampoo and conditioner line to help add volume and shine, as well as repair dry, brittle hair.


I loved using the Brazilian Keratin line and highly recommend it to anyone looking for some extra shine, and healthier, happier hair! These products really helped my hair reach its full potential and I really don't know how I ever lived without it!
